There’s a helpful concept called inverted thinking that can help you get what you want (or avoid something you don’t want) by looking at what you would do if you wanted to guarantee that you wouldn’t get (or avoid) the thing.
So that's what we're going to do in this episode today.
Then at the end we’ll flip it and talk about what you should or shouldn’t do in order to avoid burnout (or get out if you find yourself there).
