There will be a mix of gentle, yin, restorative, power, & vinyasa style classes. 

Through this website (or with the free Kajabi app on a mobile device or tablet).

Live classes will be held on zoom, and the zoom info will be published within the studio page on this website (or in the Kajabi app). 

On-demand classes can be accessed through this website (or through the Kajabi app).

We usually aim to keep them between 30 and 45 minutes, but we've done a few shorter and a few longer to start adding some variety. 

Try it out for 7 days for only $5! If you cancel during that time, you won't be charged the monthly rate. Once you become a member (after the 7-day trial period), you can cancel at any time for no additional fees. If you cancel, you'll have access to the studio for the remainder of the period in which you cancelled. We do not offer pro-rated refunds at this time.
